MANAGEMENT POLICIES

PHC SAS, is a company dedicated to developing consulting studies over planning, regulation, design, investment, technology, risk coverage, investments and analysis of smart systems applied to the energy sector. It is committed to meeting the needs and expectations of its customers and continually improving processes by providing timely, agile, responsible and reliable services. Additionally, we have competent, trained personnel, committed to carrying out the aforementioned activities.

Additionally, PHC SAS recognizes the importance of human capital and undertakes the compliance with the applicable legal requirements and the implementation of an occupational safety and health management system, which provides spaces aimed at the protection and promotion of the health and safety of the workers, contractors, sub-contractors and other interested parties, through the implementation of activities aimed at the prevention of incidents, accidents and occupational diseases. For this purpose, the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks will be carried out, and the respective operational controls will be established.

Management will allocate the necessary financial, human and technical resources to comply with this policy, in addition to complying and enforcing it.

In accordance with the above, it addresses the following objectives:
